Throne Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. To enter, you must be a past Bradfords customer. Employees of Bradfords Interiors, Collage, and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
2. How to Enter
   To enter, nominate someone you believe deserves the throne by submitting your nomination through our official online form. Each entrant may submit one nomination.
3. Entry Period
   Nominations close at 11:59pm on Monday 2 June 2025. Late entries will not be considered.
4. Selection Process
   This is not a game of chance. All valid nominations will be carefully reviewed by Bradfords' Marketing team and General Manager. The winner will be selected based on merit and the story shared in the nomination.
5. Prize
   The winner will receive a selected accent chair, either (GEORGIA X in Pink Velvet or Black PU TRIBRCA in Charcoal Velvet or Botanical Floral or DENVER in Rust Velvet), called the “Throne.” The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6. Notification
   The nominator and the chosen nominee will be contacted using the details provided in the form. If we are unable to make contact within 5 working days, Bradfords reserves the right to select an alternative recipient.
7. Prize Collection
   The prize must be collected from our Greenlane showroom unless otherwise agreed. Any delivery costs are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise.
8. General
   By submitting a nomination, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and grant Bradfords Interiors permission to use parts of your nomination and the names of the nominee and nominator for promotional purposes. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, or Facebook.
9. Privacy & Promotion Changes
   By entering, you consent to Bradfords Interiors using your contact details for marketing purposes, including email communications. We respect your privacy and will not share your information with third parties.
   Bradfords Interiors reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
