What is the returns process?

Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty or have been wrongly described and are different to the product purchased on the website. Please note that colours may appear differently on screens due to various factors such as screen type, resolution, and brightness settings. What you see on your phone or computer might not be exactly how it looks in person, as each display has its own way of rendering colours.

Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse but if upon delivery the goods are damaged or defective please let us know. We will then make appropriate arrangements with you.

Bridal / Gift Registry?

Bridal or Gift registries can be set up on request. Please contact the showroom. Bradfords offers a Gift Fund service that your guests can contribute to. You can then spend the proceeds on something that’s perfect for you.
